Estimates can take up to (2) days. Insurance companies take up to 48 hours to process and communicate back to us. Estimates require research on parts and availability. The labor times are estimated by the initial visual inspection and is a preliminary.
At the time of repair, we will then supplement for any additional repairs.
Repairs depend on the extent of needed repairs. Every repair has a specialized technician assigned to the repair. Each repair item is an automatic (1) hour of check out and increases from there depending on extent of repair. RV Technicians work 4 and 4 that is 8 hours of repair, however some service requests, estimates, take (2) techs to bid or repair the job. Keep in mind parts and parts research along with parts delivery is another factor to consider. At the time of drop off we honestly cannot give you a complete answer, when it comes to repairing your home, it takes certified trained technicians to diagnose and properly repair the unit back to its original working condition. Our goal is to get you and your family back on the road safely and as quickly as possible.
We offer full amenities, this includes water station, personalized gate code, 24-hour access, convenient service on site, hook up before you head out on a trip, lighted, secured, clean lot.

GVW–Gross Vehicle Weight—the complete weight of a fully loaded RV including cargo, fluids, people, and some equipment
GVWR–Gross Vehicle Weight Rating— total allowed weight or max weight of the RV
GCWR– Gross Combination Weight Rating—total allowed weight of any towing vehicles plus towed ones.
